Prospects.com – This program is included in your CREB® fees and you simply need to login to activate your account.
Google Contacts – This is part of your CIR Email and the Google Apps system. It is simple, yet effective. It’s also free!
IXACT Contact – Morris Marketing owns and runs this CRM system. It is available for a cost and is part of their marketing system for Realtors.
Top Producer – This is a subscription based service that has a long history in the real estate industry. While not inexpensive it has more features than you could ever imagine using.
Mailchimp.com – This is a mass email program that allows you to easily create beautiful newsletters and announcements. It also has incredible tools to automate your list management (opt-ins, opt-outs, etc) and collect more subscribers.
