You really can’t help but love Francis Bourgeois. His love and passion for trains are totally infectious. Imagine waking up in the morning, and being so excited about something that you just can’t hide your childish giggles. 

You did have this type of excitement once. I see it in my 4 year old when we tell him that we are going to go for ice cream or that Grandma and Grandpa are coming over. You see his excitement and you can’t help but smile.

People want to feel this way in their life. It is almost magical. People also love hanging out with people that exude this level of passion and excitement for things in life.

Pick something. Get passionate about sharing what you love about that and get energetic. The great thing about real estate is that, unlike trains, shelter is one of our essential human needs alongside food and clothing. Everyone has some level of interest in homes or investment real estate, so your potential audience and client base are massive.

Get passionate and find ways to share that passion with the world at large. This passion will quickly separate you from the hundreds or thousands of other REALTORS® in your market. This passion will also attract people to you. People want to work with people who love what they do.
