Live Demo of the New Home Listing Service

The New Home Listing Service (NHLS), created by local Calgary REALTOR Milo Anderson, aims to assist buyers who are interested in purchasing a new home from a builder by centralizing all new build listings in Central and Southern Alberta. The NHLS was also created to give REALTORS a better way to work with builders when their clients are looking for new homes, ensuring that the relationship is respected and proper fees are paid out to the agent for their help in directing the purchase. We invited Milo to do a demo of the site at one of our meetings because there were many Realtors who were looking for more information and had questions about how it worked.
