The Alberta residential real estate Purchase Contract is undergoing some major changes for 2016! You’ll be expected to use these new forms early this summer, and AREA will be sharing educational resources with its members so you can get used to the forms before they’re officially launched.

Here is a sneak peek of the new Purchase Contract and a review of its changes, the implications on your practice, and how you can continue protecting your clients. (As seen on CIR LIVE Special Ep. 195 – June 13, 2016.)

If you would like to receive copies of AREA’s Powerpoint explanation of the changes, please let us know and we will be happy to send it to you.
