We are thrilled to announce the establishment of our new Onboarding Department here at CIR Realty!

Over the past few months, we have been diligently working on enhancing our processes to ensure that every new agent who joins our team receives a personalized and seamless integration into our systems. Led by Dorian Frere, who dedicated the first quarter of 2024 to collaborating with all departments and the Realtors® who joined us during this time, we have developed a comprehensive onboarding system that is designed to provide a hands-on experience tailored to each individual’s needs.

One of the key aspects of our new Onboarding Department is the inclusion of two dedicated CIR Onboarding Specialists, who are also experienced Realtors within our ranks. Their firsthand knowledge of our systems, coupled with their own experiences as Realtors, allows them to offer invaluable insights and guidance to our new agents as they embark on their journey with CIR Realty.

Lastly, it ensures that our Management Team, particularly our Broker Delegates, can focus on working with and coaching our experienced CIR Realtors.
